About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrator Scale 4 to support various administrative functions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with different departments and provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative activities and operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and communications for management.
- Respond to inquiries from staff and external stakeholders promptly and professionally.
- Support project management activities, scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and following up on action items.
- Monitor office supplies and procurement, ensuring timely ordering and inventory management.
- Assist in developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration.
