- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipments and related logistics.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively and efficiently.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain updated knowledge of relevant regulations and procedures.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience working with logistics and/or customer service applications is advantageous.
