About the Role:
An Assistant Manager position is available for our client in Exeter. This role offers potential full-time opportunities following a successful trial period and involves assisting in overall management duties, stock control, health & safety compliance, team supervision, KPI monitoring, and maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with overall management duties.
- Control stock levels.
- Support compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and lead a team.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain high standards of quality.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience in a management role.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage stock and meet KPI’s.
