Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding attainment and achievement results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve behaviour and attitudes.
  • Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • Collaborate with parents and wider school community.
  • Contribute to the overall leadership and success of the school.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience in effective management of a high-achieving faculty.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering outstanding attainment and achievement.
  • Strong commitment to the STAR values.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting students with SEND.
