About the Role:
Join the leadership team at a growing high school as an Assistant Principal for Behaviour and Attitudes. Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to developing high-quality teaching practices and assessment strategies.

- Lead initiatives promoting positive behaviour and attitudes, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven leadership skills with coaching and mentoring experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate staff and students.
- Passion for improving educational outcomes and creating positive school culture.
- Understanding of current educational research and theories.
