About the Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Autism Assessor to conduct remote assessments for autistic individuals. This role requires expertise in autonomously assessing and diagnosing Autism and managing a caseload effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote assessments for autistic individuals.
- Autonomously assess and diagnose Autism.
- Manage own caseload effectively.
- Adhere to relevant legislation and research developments in the field of Autism.
Skills and Expertise:
- Current NMC, HCPC, or Social Work England registration with no restrictions on practice.
- Registered nurse or allied health professional with at least 2 years experience.
- Knowledge of autonomously assessing and diagnosing Autism.
- Relevant experience of carrying out remote assessments.
- Strong ability to manage own caseload.
- Good knowledge of legislation, research, and developments relevant to Autism.
- ADOS and ADI-R Certifications (required).
- Experience working with both CYP and Adults with Autism (desirable).
- Experience with remote assessment work (desirable).
