Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bank facilities to ensure efficient and compliant operation.
- Supervise staff, ensuring adherence to procedures and targets.
- Monitor and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to facility operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and strategies.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in bank facilities management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
