About the Role:
Join the vibrant team at the Thistle Marble Arch hotel and contribute to delivering an excellent guest experience as a Barista. If you’re passionate about coffee and customer service, this role offers a chance to excel in a fast-paced, central London environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Promote and upsell various coffee options.
- Maintain high standards of food and drink service.
- Manage inventory control for coffee supplies.
Skills and Expertise:
- Passionate about coffee and providing excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced service environment (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and types (latte, cappuccino, flat white, etc).
