About the Role:
We’re seeking a passionate barista to provide excellent customer service and a delightful coffee experience. Your enthusiasm for coffee and customer interaction will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and addressing queries.
- Support the store team in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Follow company standards and procedures for coffee preparation and service.
Skills and Expertise:
- Passion for coffee and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
