About the Role:
Join Haven as a Bars Administrator at Haggerston Castle Holiday Park in Northumberland. You will play a key role in supporting the bar team and ensuring smooth bar operations. We seek a highly organized and proactive individual to handle inventory, cash, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee stock and inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers.
- Accurately check in and log out stock allocated to different departments.
- Handle cashing up and secure banking of daily takings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support general bar administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and communication.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
