About the Role:
Provide exceptional service to guests in the bar area, adhering to hotel standards and maintaining a clean workspace. Be friendly, helpful, and approachable at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food and drinks while upholding company standards for an exceptional guest experience.
- Ensure guest requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Upsell products where appropriate.
- Accurately handle cash, charges, and till procedures.
- Assist with the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department and contribute to targets.
- Perform all reasonable requests.
Skills and Expertise:
- Knowledge of hotel brand standards, values, and products.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Willingness to be multi-skilled within the F&B department.
- Understanding of hotel cash handling.
