About the Role:
An experienced Bodyshop Receptionist/Customer Advisor is needed to join a busy and well-established Bodyshop team in Hersham, Surrey. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries, and updating insurance companies on repair progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general Bodyshop reception duties.
- Build rapport and qualify customer requirements.
- Check in customers and recovered vehicles.
- Update customers on repair progress and assess satisfaction.
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding policyholder vehicle repairs.
- Maintain exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and referrals.
- Prioritize workloads to meet targets efficiently.
- Greet customers on-site.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Customer Service Advisor.
- Automotive knowledge or interest (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
