About the Role:
Enhance the customer experience within the Microsoft environment as a Building Ambassador. Support daily operations and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations for Lobby Services, including visitor interactions and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Conduct ECAT audit checks and address any identified issues to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Perform Car Park checks and provide support during large events.
- Manage Locker allocations, access requests, and upkeep of Stationery Cabinets.
- Install and maintain signage across the site.
