About the Role:
Join Care UK, an award-winning care provider, as a Business Administrator and contribute to the well-being of our residents and the successful running of our care home. You will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the home, supporting the Home Manager, and promoting the home to external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative function within the care home.
- Provide reception cover, promoting the home and company to customers, authorities, and colleagues.
- Effectively manage all people data using Care UK’s systems and processes.
- Assist with recruitment, selection, and various HR-related responsibilities.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications and bespoke IT systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
