About the Role:
Join Care UK, an award-winning care provider, as a Business Administrator in County Durham. This role is a vital part of our team, managing administrative functions and promoting the home. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the successful running of our care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration function within the care home alongside the Home Manager.
- Provide Reception cover, promoting the home and company to customers, authorities, and colleagues.
- Manage all people data using Care UKs systems and processes.
- Assist with Recruitment & Selection and HR-related tasks.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office applications and bespoke IT systems.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a similar role within a care environment (desirable).
