Drive business growth for a thriving national tool hire company in Essex, London & Kent. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector, building strong client relationships and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote tool hire and construction-related products in Essex, London, and Kent.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector.
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships with site managers and procurement teams.
- Develop bespoke solutions to address customer needs and challenges.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to manage sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in equipment hire or construction.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
- Confident, professional communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Experience in the plant hire or tool hire sectors is essential.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Up to 50,000 basic salary + uncapped commission.
