About the Role:
Join Talk Staff’s dynamic recruitment team as a Business Development Manager and contribute to driving sales within the East Midlands Office Support sector. This role will involve building strong client relationships and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships and identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and secure recruitment tenders for large accounts.
- Generate new business through proactive outreach to new and existing clients (phone, email, tendering).
- Utilize innovative candidate sourcing and screening techniques to find top talent.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience as a BDM, demonstrating success in relationship building, new business acquisition, and account development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Consultative approach to client interaction.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude towards professional development.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 + Commission + Bonus (dependent on experience)
