About the Role:
This secondment opportunity supports the Business Operations team at Capita, focusing on maintaining accurate staff records and facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes. The role also involves managing local procurement, expense approvals, and IT incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of staff information.
- Ensure staff have the necessary hardware and software for their roles.
- Process and track stock orders.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
- Update and maintain business guidance documents.
- Manage day-to-day maintenance of the Business Management System (BMS).
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in administrative and organizational roles (preferably office-based).
- Experience dealing with multiple business departments.
- Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
