About the Role:

This Business Support Assistant role provides critical administrative and support functions to drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining processes and supporting colleagues to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain business records and databases accurately.
  • Assist with the organization and scheduling of meetings and events.
  • Provide administrative support to other team members.
  • Process and manage correspondence, both internal and external.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Maintain and update internal systems.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as requested by the manager.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with CRM systems (desirable).
  • Experience within a fast-paced and supportive environment (desirable).
