About the Role:
This role leads, manages, and develops the Systems Support team to maximize the utilization of hardware and software investments. The position supports Business Systems Development, Analysis, and Intelligence teams in their solution builds and rollouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop the Systems Support team.
- Support and collaborate with the Service Desk and business units.
- Ensure Systems Support team adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with the Service Desk on issue resolution.
- Plan and deliver training to the Business Systems Support team.
- Prioritize logged issues and inform Technology Managers of potential outages/critical issues.
- Support Business Systems Development and Analyst teams in their project implementations.
Skills and Expertise:
- Lloyds Insurance Market experience
- General Insurance Broking/Underwriting experience
- Insurance Policy Administration Systems expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
- Experience with SharePoint and Power Platform
- Strong interpersonal skills
