About the Role:
Our client, a family-run business with multiple South London shops, is seeking skilled Butchers and potential Trainee Butchers to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to their high-quality, free-range meat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute high-standard butchery, including full carcass butchery.
- Maintain the highest standards of meat presentation and display.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in butchery (or training)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluent English speaker
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with meat presentation
