About the Role:
Our client, a rapidly growing automotive leasing dealer in Exeter, is seeking a highly motivated Car Leasing Sales Executive to join their team. This role will focus on building customer relationships and achieving sales targets within the automotive leasing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their leasing requirements.
- Provide expert advice on car models, lease terms, and financing options.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of car models, features, and benefits.
- Conduct engaging presentations to showcase leasing advantages.
- Tailor lease proposals to client requirements with competitive pricing.
- Prepare accurate quotations and payment details.
- Negotiate terms with clients for mutually beneficial agreements.
- Facilitate completion of leasing contracts with proper documentation.
- Accurately record customer requirements and details.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to ask insightful questions to understand customer needs.
- Confidently present numbers and benefits over the phone.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong written communication skills (email).
- Excellent organizational skills for managing customer contacts and expectations.
- Ability to handle pressure and customer objections.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Basic salary circa 19,500
- O.T.E. 40,000+
- Uncapped commission
- Training provided
- Monday to Friday 8:30am-6pm (hour for lunch)
- Saturday mornings on rota basis
