About the Role:
Supporting adults of all ages to maintain their independence in their own homes, we are searching for compassionate care assistants. This role is perfect for those passionate about providing exceptional care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing companionship and support with personal care (showering, bathing, toileting).
- Assisting with mobility and daily tasks.
- Overseeing medication and providing medical support.
- Handling household chores (cleaning, cooking, tidying).
- Running errands, such as food shopping and picking up prescriptions.
Skills and Expertise:
- Kind-hearted and adaptable personality.
- Compassionate approach to care and support.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends).
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK (no Health and Care Worker visas available).
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Paid mileage (35p per mile between calls).
