About the Role:
Dunsland House, a Hertfordshire care home, seeks dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to join our expanding team. The role involves providing high-quality care to residents in a friendly and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with personal care needs, including continence.
- Providing personal bathing and mobility support.
- Assisting the manager with risk assessments.
- Communicating with residents and encouraging participation in activities.
- Developing individualised care plans.
- Conducting nutritional screening and assisting with eating and drinking.
Skills and Expertise:
- Compassionate and caring personality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in care settings (preferred, but not essential).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care.
