About the Role:

- Assist residents with personal care and mealtimes.
- Help residents remain active and independent.

- Encourage residents to participate in activities and explore new interests.
Skills and Expertise:
- Compassionate and caring nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with caregiving (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights.
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
