Become a valued Care Assistant at Stones Place Care Home, Lincoln, providing compassionate care and support to residents. This role offers varied duties, helping residents with personal care and activities, fostering their well-being, and contributing to a supportive living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality personal care to residents.
  • Assist residents with daily activities and routines.
  • Promote resident well-being and engagement in activities.
  • Support residents’ independence and dignity.
  • Document care provided accurately and professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Kind and compassionate nature.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.
  • Experience with elderly care (preferred, but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and empathy.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
