About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to provide high-quality care to residents with dementia in a purpose-built care home in the Eye, Suffolk area. This is a permanent full-time role, ideal for individuals passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the well-being and provide exceptional care to residents.
- Assist with daily tasks, including personal care, hygiene, days out, and companionship.
- Encourage independence and support residents with their routines and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Genuine desire to care for others.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a care setting (preferred).
