About the Role:

Maria Mallaband Care Group seeks a passionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Norwich. This role is centered on providing exceptional care and support to our residents, focusing on their physical, psychological, and social needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care for residents, including personal care activities like washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Support residents with their daily routines and activities.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and their families.
  • Document resident care and progress.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and caring nature.
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults (preferred but not essential).
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability including shifts.
