About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients.
- Assist clients with daily living activities.
- Monitor clients’ wellbeing and report any concerns.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Implement care plans as directed.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in UK caregiving (minimum 6 months in the last 3 years).
- Knowledge of care equipment and handling techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Relevant registration (SSSC, SCW, NISSC) for Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland (not applicable in England).
