About the Role:
At Maria Mallaband Care Group, we are seeking passionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team in Tyne and Wear. You will provide exceptional care for our residents, focusing on their physical, psychological, and social well-being, and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and feeding.
- Support residents with their daily activities and needs.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Document and report on resident care needs and progress.
- Collaborate effectively with other care team members.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in providing care services preferred, but full training is provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy for the needs of residents.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shift work.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Understanding of care-related legislation (if applicable)
