- Assist residents with personal care and mealtimes.

Skills and Expertise:
- Compassionate and caring nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with elderly care (preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of care planning principles (preferred).
