About the Role:
Helping Hands is seeking passionate and caring individuals to join our dedicated team of Care Assistants in Walsall. We provide support to adults of all ages, empowering them to maintain their independence at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as showering, bathing, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility within their home environment.
- Oversee medication and provide medical support as required.
- Assist with household tasks, including cleaning, cooking, and tidying.
- Run errands such as grocery shopping and prescription pickups.
Skills and Expertise:
- Kind-hearted and compassionate nature.
- Adaptable and flexible approach to diverse needs.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
- Experience in the care sector is beneficial but not essential.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Paid mileage of 35p per mile.
