About the Role:
Helping Hands is seeking passionate and dedicated Care Assistants to support adults in the Solihull area. This role provides vital assistance, allowing individuals to maintain independence and live in familiar surroundings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with personal care (showering, bathing, toileting).
- Support mobility within the home.
- Manage medication and provide medical support as needed.
- Assist with household tasks (cleaning, cooking, tidying).
- Run errands (shopping, prescriptions).
Skills and Expertise:
- Compassionate and caring nature.
- Ability to adapt to diverse needs and situations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
