About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to clients according to established procedures.
  • Manage daily tasks, including personal care, medication administration, and companionship.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Handle care equipment and maintain a safe environment.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Experience in UK caregiving (at least 6 months in the last 3 years)
  • Knowledge of care equipment and handling techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork and flexibility
  • Professionalism and exceptional care-giving skills
  • Right to work in the UK
  • For Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, relevant registration (SSSC, SCW, or NISSC)
