Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care and mealtimes.
- Support residents to maintain activity levels and explore new interests.
- Help identify and implement personalized care plans to meet each resident’s unique needs.
- Promote a safe and encouraging environment for residents.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and caring nature.
- Ability to build rapport with residents.
- Experience in providing care and support (preferred).
- Basic understanding of care planning procedures (desirable).
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
