Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily personal care and mealtimes.
- Help residents remain active and independent.

Skills and Expertise:
- Compassionate and caring nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in providing care for elderly or vulnerable individuals (preferred).
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Training and knowledge in care techniques (preferred).
