About the Role:
As a Care Home Clinical Lead at Barchester, you’ll use your compassion and experience to deliver high-standard clinical care, ensuring compliance with all regulations. You’ll manage care plans, make critical clinical decisions, and improve care levels to meet residents’ needs. You’ll also coach, train, and mentor your team on the latest clinical developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee safeguarding policies.
- Develop and manage care plans.
- Make critical clinical decisions.
- Manage care projects and evolve care levels.
- Coach, train, and mentor care team members on clinical updates.
Skills and Expertise:
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
- Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
- Experience in gerontology.
- Strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Proven success in clinical mentorship and performance management.
- Person-centred and compassionate approach to nursing.
