About the Role:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and well-being for residents. Lead a team of carers, maintaining a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate care staff, ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven experience as a care home manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding of care home regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of carers.
  • Excellent knowledge of care home software and systems (if applicable).
