Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising care shift teams.
- Case managing residents and liaising with families and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Administering and recording medication, adhering to all regulations.
- Carrying out risk assessments.
- Supporting residents with daily needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Collaborating with the leadership team to enhance care services.
- Providing a professional, fun, and inclusive environment for residents and colleagues.
Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
- Knowledge of care planning processes.
- Experience in administering medication (or willingness to undertake training).
- IT literacy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
