Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise care team shifts.
- Case manage residents, liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to ensure best-practice care plans.
- Administer and record medication.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments.
- Support residents with daily needs, promoting independence.
- Develop services alongside the leadership team.
- Provide a professional and inclusive care experience.
Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable).
- Strong organizational and IT skills with the ability to appropriately allocate and delegate work.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Understanding of care planning processes.
- Experience in, or willingness to train in, medication administration.
- A genuine caring nature and passion for improving residents lives.
