Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise care team shifts.
- Case manage residents and liaise with families, healthcare professionals.
- Administer and record medication.
- Conduct risk assessments.
- Support residents with daily needs, maintaining independence.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop services.
- Maintain a professional and inclusive work environment.
Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable).
- Well-organized and IT literate.
- Proven leadership and supervision experience.
- Understanding of care planning processes.
- Experienced in or willing to train in medication administration.
- Ability to make residents’ lives more fulfilling.
