About the Role:
Lead and supervise care shifts, case manage residents, and ensure best care plans are delivered. Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to improve resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise care team members.
- Case manage residents and liaise with families and healthcare professionals.
- Administer and record medication.
- Conduct risk assessments.
- Support residents with daily needs and promote independence.
- Develop care services and work with the leadership team.
- Maintain a fun, inclusive, and professional approach.
Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- IT literacy and experience in allocating and delegating work.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Understanding of care planning processes.
- Experience in administering medication (or willingness to undertake training).
- Ability to support residents and enhance their well-being.
