About the Role:
Lead and supervise care team shifts, manage resident cases, and ensure best care plans are delivered. Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. This role requires a caring and organised individual with strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise care team shifts.
- Case manage residents and liaise with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure best care plans are created and delivered.
- Administer and record medication.
- Conduct risk assessments.
- Support residents with daily needs, fostering independence.
- Develop care services alongside the leadership team.
- Provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach.
Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable).
- Well-organised and IT literate.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
- Understanding of care planning processes.
- Experience in administering medication (or willingness to train).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
