Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement care plans for residents.
- Administer and record medication according to protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
- Support residents with daily needs, promoting independence.
- Collaborate with leadership team to develop care services.
- Maintain a professional and inclusive work environment.
Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable).
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong understanding of care planning processes.
- Experience with medication administration (desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT literacy and organizational skills.
