About the Role:
Lead and supervise care team shifts, ensuring the provision of high-quality care for residents. Case manage residents, liaising with families and healthcare professionals, and develop and implement best care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise care team shift operations.
- Case manage residents and liaise with families and stakeholders.
- Administer and record medication according to protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
- Support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop care services.
- Maintain a professional and inclusive work environment for all.
Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with care planning processes.
- Experience in administering medication (or willingness to train).
- IT proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
