About the Role:
Craft high-quality ceramic sinks as a Casting Operative in Wolverhampton. Ensure each piece meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, playing a key role in producing luxury ceramic sinks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and pour clay mixtures into moulds accurately.
- Maintain and prepare casting moulds for optimal production.
- Carefully de-mould sinks, preserving quality and structure.
- Monitor and refine the casting process, resolving issues for flawless results.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, controlling dust and upholding health and safety standards.
- Communicate material defects or equipment issues to team leaders for smooth operations.
Skills and Expertise:
- Hands-on experience in ceramics, pottery, or related crafts (preferred, but not essential).
- Passion and commitment to producing high-quality, handmade pieces.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure products meet exacting standards.
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on environment and take pride in your work.
