About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized CDT Coordinator to support the training of researchers focused on sustainability within Sustainable Chemical Technologies. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and effective training program for our researchers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including inquiries, interviews, and open days.
- Coordinate with academic staff and external providers to assist students and maintain records.
- Assist the CDT Directors with meetings and general inquiries.
- Monitor budgets and manage financial records in collaboration with the finance team.
- Organize events that promote the CDT’s work and manage logistics.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in an administrative or project coordination role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
