About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook food items to a high standard.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with stock management and ordering.
- Ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of kitchen resources.
- Work well under pressure and adapt to changing needs.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.
- Strong understanding of food preparation techniques.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
