About the Role:
This award-winning restaurant is seeking a highly experienced Chef de Partie to join their passionate kitchen brigade. This role will play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing the quality of their locally-sourced menu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow daily kitchen procedures.
- Plan and manage section operations.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
- Conduct thorough quality checks of stock, produce, and dishes.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in a 1AA Rosette or higher establishment.
- Exceptional passion and creativity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service.
- Experience leading a section and collaborating effectively.
- Proficient in fresh produce handling.
- Possession of NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and hygiene certificate.
