About the Role:
Join Haven’s dynamic kitchen team as a talented and experienced Chef. You’ll prepare and cook high-quality dishes, ensuring excellent presentation and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu.
- Ensure all food is cooked and presented aesthetically.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team for seamless service.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Chef, including Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or Commis Chef roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Effective communication skills and passion for food.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
